Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing a ticket. By purchasing a ticket from Summerhouse, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Refunds & Exchanges
In the event of unforeseeable circumstances or external factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather or renovations by building management that may disrupt event operations, tickets can be transferred to another event date, including sold-out events (if applicable or a gift voucher to the total of your ticket purchase can be created. Please be advised that a team member will contact you up to an hour prior to the event if any of these occurrences occur. We DO NOT offer refunds.
